Project Cornerstone Volunteer
2006 — 2016
Read a book in class every month for 10 years as part of Project Cornerstone partnership program to "empower all members of the school community--students, parents and caregivers, teachers and staff--to reduce bullying, promote achievement, and help all students feel valued and respected.

Raised funds through door-to-door, store-to-store, and stall-based canvassing. Fundraising and organization saved jobs of 107 teachers districtwide.
COVID Graduation Organizer & Volunteer
2019
Took initiative to create a group that planned and executed on a Middle School drive through graduation for Miller Students during COVID with more than 200 students and parent participation. Led process of getting permission from Police and City level governments and organizations and orchestrated route, logistics, and times with the school.

Led a team of elementary & middle school students as part of Destination Imagination (DI), where "students work together in teams to solve open-ended STEAM challenges designed to teach the creative process," with a goal to ultimately "better understand problems and ask better questions, come up with solutions, learn from failure, and celebrate their achievements." Coached on skills such as "vital life and career skills—creative thinking, critical thinking, public speaking, and collaborative problem-solving—that help them feel empowered and set them up for success in their future."

As a board member, drove and organized fundraising campaigns where I worked with Principal, School Teachers, and other board members on judicious allocation of funds to various school projects dedicated to enriching the educational environment at Lynbrook through investments in technology and infrastructure, equipment, and training in the areas of science, arts, sports, and professional development.

Founding member of the board for School of Business & Analytics. As founding board member, worked closely with professors to develop board governance models, structure, and bylaws. Identified key priorities and initiatives for university and department growth, and served as judge for annual datathons/school events and mentor for capstone projects. Committee member of Social Media Outreach and Fundraising Committee.

2021 - Present
Taught and built course on "How to Bring Products to Market: Creating a Frictionless Customer Experience." Created curriculum and content and worked with school dean and instructors to build relevant course to teach students how to build companies from Day 0-1 and grow to profitable state. Taught class weekly, collected feedback, and iterated course material. Organized guest speakers for students as well as weekly case studies. Offered resources, office hours, and personal mentoring sessions.

Entrepreneurship Instructor
2017 — 2018
Created a curriculum for young students to learn entrepreneurship. Subsequently marketed the course, and taught in various Entrepreneurship clubs for Middle and High School students in Saratoga, Sunnyvale, and in partnership with other friend in Los Altos.

Received business improv certification and led numerous team, partner, and executive events teaching Problem Solving, Communication, and Team building skills through key principles of: "reacting – being focused and present, in the moment," "adapting – reacting within parameters or to achieve a specific objective," "communicating – we never operate in a vacuum"
Tiktok, Instagram - Executive Coach
2023 - Present
Own and operate social media channels on tiktok and instagram. Plan and create digestible pieces of executive coaching content, pulled from personal executive coaching curriculum to grant the general population access to executive education and opportunities for career growth.

2011 - Present
Enabled and sponsored multiple individuals and groups of all backgrounds and identities to receive access to same opportunities and resources in companies, and celebrated each individual. Offered personal mentorship as well as participated in company audits and process reviews to better the pipeline of access to opportunity.
Tejas - Mental Health Director and Coach
2023 - Present
Part of team for Tejas, a cybersecurity community of Indian-origin professionals. As Coach for "Path to CxO, " served as guest speaker and participated on panels for female leaders to educate and offer insights to community, and held personal coaching sessions for interested members. As mental health director, lead multiple workshops and sessions to educate community on the necessity of mental health and offer coping mechanisms for those in the workplace, and partner with other directors such as fitness directors to offer holistic health workshops for working professionals. Participate in strategy for reaching the community to new members who are interested.
Mile Sur Mera Tumhara (MSMT)
2023 - Present
Founding member and sponsor of Mile Sur Mera Tumhara, organization teaching the values of American and Indian culture together to American-Indian kids in the US and larger community through art, music, dance, and speech. Includes organizing and hosting cultural events including a Gala event in August celebrating both American and Indian independence days.
